May I cancel enrollment in a course?

Yes, you may cancel a course within 30 days of enrollment if you have not received a certificate of completion. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment and are subject to the policies and processing time of the financial institution through which payment was issued to Proud to Protect.

Can my organization cancel it’s subscription?

Yes, subscriptions to services that are billed monthly, annually or multi-annually, must be canceled at least fourteen days prior to the next billing cycle to ensure that the next payment will not be processed. Previous payments will not be refunded after the first 30 days of service.
